The above rates are per room, per night, breakfast buffet, VAT, and service charges included.

Bookings Cancellations can be made up until 31 days before the arrival date, 1 night will be charged. Late cancellations or no-shows will be charged the total amount of the stay.


Transportation to the EPIC SANA Lisboa is available from Humberto Delgado Airport (LIS) by car or public transportation. If traveling by public transportation, please note that you will have to change lines from the red line to the blue line.

EPIC SANA has a parking garage next to the hotel. Parking is 25 Euro per day for all QA & Dosiemtry Symposium attendees.

Health Policies

The COVID-19 pandemic is a dynamic situation and we are watching local and federal guidance closely. The safety of all QADS attendees, presenters and staff is our utmost concern. In accordance with health guidelines at the time of the QADS conference, Sun Nuclear reserves the right to enact policies that protect all QADS attendees, including, but not limited to, requiring masks be worn during the event, and requiring COVID testing on site, or proof of a negative test result within 48 hours prior to entry. We strongly encourage all attendees and speakers to get vaccinated and boosted if they can. If QADS attendees, speakers or staff are experiencing COVID symptoms, we ask that they refrain from entering the QADS conference and seek a COVID test.
